We all know how important tires are. After all, they are the only point of contact between your Subaru and the road, thus they are vital in braking, steering and stability. To get the best performance and longest life from your tires, and to prevent damage to your all-wheel drive system, the tires must be properly maintained. Tires must be rotated at every service interval (7500 miles) and aligned when irregularities in tire wear are noted. Tires which are not properly cared for and have a difference in tread-depth of as little as 3/32" can actually damaged the all-wheel drive system. If you have any questions about tire care, feel free to call or email Service Manager Roger Davis.
When the time comes to replace your tires, Don't be Fooled! Many discount stores and tire retailers will claim to have the best prices and service. We have great prices and great selection because we participate in the Subaru of New England tire program, which gives us mass buying prices and great selection. What we don't have is a corporation telling us which tires to push at a given time. Instead, we will consider your needs and driving style in making recommendations so that you can purchase the tires which will serve you best. Have tires questions? Feel free to call Roger.
